		<description>I've had similar back problems ever since I was 18 (35 now). The inversion table helps keep my back in good shape. The only thing I've found that helps prevent my back problems though is yoga. Not sure if you've given it a try or not.

Another suggestion the canadian beast gave me some time ago was accupuncture. 

I hope you find relief wherever it may be, it's truly a debilitating problem to have.</description>
